Refund Policy

At Stellar Web Designs, your trust is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality digital services while maintaining clear and fair refund practices.

1. Completion of Services

All services, including website design, development, plugin integration, hosting setup, and other digital solutions, are considered final once delivered. A project is deemed complete when the agreed services have been provided and approved by the client. Refunds will not be issued for completed work.

2. Documentation and Proof

We maintain comprehensive records of all work performed. If services have been delivered according to the agreed scope, no refund will be provided.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all required materials, content, and approvals promptly to ensure smooth project execution. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines but do not qualify for a refund.

4. Revisions and Additional Work

Minor revisions within the agreed project scope may be provided at no extra cost. Any additional work outside the original agreement may incur extra charges. Refunds are not available for changes requested after project delivery.

5. Third-Party Services

Payments for hosting, domains, plugins, and other third-party services are non-refundable once purchased or configured due to third-party fees.

  • Refunds for hosting are not available due to business closure or change of mind.

Special Hosting Refund Clause

  • If a hosting refund is granted, it will be processed 1 year after the refund request.

6. Exceptional Cases

  • Refunds may be considered in rare or exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion, following the guidelines above.

7. Acknowledgment of Policy

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. All delivered services are final and non-refundable.
